On August 26th Martin County CEO headed to Indianapolis with Daviess County CEO for a visit with the Indianapolis Indians.

During the visit both groups heard from leadership across multiple departments within the organization. A valuable conversation the groups had was about what leadership looks for when hiring interns and young employees.

After meeting with the staff students were able to enjoy some afternoon baseball before heading back home.
